The statutory professional title “Tax Advisor” / “Tax Advisory Company” was awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany, Federal State of Hamburg.
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). However, we would like to point out that, in the event of disputes relating to the client relationship, it is possible to request mediation by the above-mentioned Chamber of Tax Advisors responsible for us pursuant to Section 76 (2) No. 3 StBerG.
Alternatively, complaints may be submitted via the EU platform for online dispute resolution. The platform can be accessed here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Our email address is also stated above.
Professional liability insurance
Freiherr von Dörnberg Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH maintains the required professional liability insurance with NÜRNBERGER Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Ostendstraße 100, 90334 Nürnberg. The territorial scope of the insurance coverage applies to services provided in the Federal Republic of Germany; no foreign branches are maintained.
